Liability
ESI declines all liability in case of accidents during a ski lesson, an outing or competitions.
In case of litigation the appropriate court will be the Tribunal in Sierre, Valais, Switzerland.

Booking conditions
For the guarantee of the reservation, the full payment is expected at the reservation.

Group lessons
If they are less than 3 children in a group, the structure of the lesson will be changed as follows:
- 2 children in a class: 2 hours lesson from Monday to Friday
- 1 child in a class: 1 hour lesson from Monday to Friday - without extra charge- priority to the ski lifts.
You will be required to pay for the medal.

Refunding
Lessons may be reimbursed in the event of closure of the entire lift system, or in the event of illness or accidents on presentation of a medical certificate.

Cancellation
Lessons, which are not cancelled 48 hours in advance, are subject to full payment.
Deposits are not refunded.

Our philosophy
Should an instructor be booked for a full day, the client agrees to cover the cost of the instructor’s lunch.

The prices in EURO im rate from 01.12.11 are only at a guideline price and can vary according to the rate.
